9 months is just too long to wait for something that you have waited your whole entire life for. I have wanted to be a mom more then anything since I was 2! And now that it is time, you want me to wait for 9 months??? I don't think i can wait that long. but I guess I have no choice. so I will just...wait. We are just soooooo excited. last week I bought Landon some construction paper and he made a chain with 103 links on it to count down the days! Remember doing that as a kid? so we have this huge multi colored paper chain strung on the backs of our kitchen chairs. It's pretty awesome.

How far along? 26 Weeks
Total weight gain: oh boy, so I have to???? 23 pounds already!!!!!! I swear I don't look like it. It must be all in my boobs.
Maternity clothes? Maternity leggings (I live in those) and long maternity tank tops. then I wear a lot of my regular clothes mixed in.
Stretch marks? no
Sleep: I wake up a ton to switch sides.
Best moment this week:
We went Christmas shopping and bought a few cute clothes for him! he is going to be the best dressed baby out there
Miss Anything? sleeping on my stomach, muscle definition(I stopped going to the gym, but i need to start going again) and my energy level.
Movement: I feel him mostly all day, but at night he goes bananas. He has dance parties.
Food cravings: I haven't had any huge cravings. like the " I- have- to- have- that -now -or -i -will- kill -someone" type of craving. something might sound good, then if we don't have it in the house then i forget about it. so no craving really.
Anything making you queasy or sick: not since the first trimester.
Gender: BOY!

Labor Signs: No, but i do get BH contractions.
Symptoms: light swelling in feet at night
Belly Button in or out? starting to flatten out
Wedding rings on or off? on
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy!
Looking forward to: Christmas! I hear Santa is bringing him presents and he isn't even here yet! this guy is spoiled already

I got the questionnaire idea off the blog where i got the chalk board idea.

as of now I am 26 1/2 weeks, feeling rather large and in charge, and I can't believe that I am going to get bigger then I already am! 14 something weeks left to go and this kid needs to gain like 5 or 6 more LB's, I can't handle the fact that I am going to get bigger. I already struggle with getting dressed. showering, turning sides while sleeping and bending over. Speaking of the shower thing, I think I could really not shower until after I give birth. Am I the only one thinking showering while prego is hard? It is allot of work! Then after, your skin is so dry you have to lather your whole body in lotion and use stretch mark cream all over. after a shower I am ready to nap.
One thing that Landon and I get annoyed with is when people are asking us about the pregnancy, people always say "babbies are sooo much work", "kids are forever" "enjoy your time alone and the time that he is still in your belly" or "are you sure your ready for this?" All those comments drive me nuts. I'm thinking I know! and I am so ready for it! I know how kids/babies are! I know you can't just give them away when you need a break, and I know that they will drive you crazy and make you poor and take over your life. We know what we are in for! And we couldn't be more ready then we already are! I know they are coming from a good place when they say that, but it still drives me nuts.

We already got a car seat and stroller! they are just sitting in my house and I cannot wait to use them! I wish i had a baby to push around and take for rides! (obsessed much? I think so) I wanted a nice jogging stroller, but not just to jog in, one for ever day use so we got this BOB stroller and I am so in love. It is the smoothest ride and it has shocks too. I wish I could ride in it but it only will hold 70 lbs.... bummer.

Then this car seat will attach to the stroller so I can use it while he is still itty bitty. This thing is heavy. I think all car seats are. then add a 10 lb and up baby to it? Moms must have huge biceps! I struggle with this thing with out a baby in it. I better start seriously pumping some iron. why do they always have to slap baby warning stickers all over things? It drives me nuts that they do that.
I am currently already 24 1/2 weeks already! Time is flying by! I still feel pretty good. Its is hard bending over to pick things up, but that is expected, but honestly I cannot complain! I am just so ready to have this little guy here. I think we are set on a name. I just don't know if I want to reveal it yet.

Thees 2 photos are out of order. sorry for lack of make up or if I am just in my jammies!

Yep it's true. I spent the day in the ER with kidney stones. I have never been in so much pain in my life! I think labor will be easier then having a stone. They had to be careful giving me pain meds because of the baby, but they gave me morphine, and that didn't even touch the pain, in fact it kept getting worse, then more morphine and it still kept getting worse. then they gave me something stronger then morphine and that finally helped. (all while monitoring the baby of course.) and they had to take xrays of my belly (they HAD too) so I got to see my lil peanut's skeleton inside of me! It looked so funny, but it was cute. I have had a few kidney stones before and some women just happen to get them every time they are pregnant, so I just might be one of those lucky ones! I think being prego made it worse because You don't just have to worry about yourself, but there is someone else who is way more important that you have to worry about also. so im hoping it will not happen again, at lease until he is out
